Cancelation - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

I have canceled my membership and spoke to three ladies. The first lady did my cancelation, second lady said I didn't cancel so I need to carry on paying, third lady figured out my cancelation and send me the remaining balance which I paid for that day sending proof of payment. I've had the amount then taken off my account 2 months in a row after canceling my membership with THREE different ladies. This is all very annoying as during covid I lost my job and I can't even afford to eat and money keeps getting taken off my account and NOONE IS GETTING BACK TO ME.

I will have to take this furthur if it is not sorted out by January latest. This is madness.
