I often experienced poor or no connection specially today 09/28/2020. I get converge services due to promising advertisements and feedbacks but unfortunately i am very unsatisfied. They lock the contract for two years but they didnt provide us good services. I understand that some problem will come up but not all the time you need their services. They also ignore my email regarding my complain. I paid monthly dues but they could not provide me the services that i expected. Im very annoyed.
