Misdelivered package to another branch - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I called up customer service last saturday, March 20 to deliver the package to LUCBAN QUEZON branch for pick up and it was mentioned that it will take 2 to 3 working days.
March 23, Tuesday it was delivered to Mauban branch (wrong sent) So I communicated customer service again and complained. The cust agent stated that she will just call Mauban branch and will ask them to deliver it to Lucban branch since it was only 40 min away.
I was expecting that the next day it will be delivered. March 25 thursday, I was hoping that the package will be at Lucban branch but it was still at Mauban branch. I made a call again at cust service and complained. The agent said 2 or 3 days it will be at Lucban.
Today, March 27 I rang customer service again and to my surprise it was still at Mauban branch. It seems that the e -mails of the customer service dept are not being read by Mauban branch. There are no phone numbers available too.
The package must be received on time bec it contains supplement needed by the receiver.
Your service is so chaotic. I want it fixed immediately because it is already 8 days in your hands.
