UNSEND DELIVERY - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I have a package which picked up last Aug. 23 from its sender by jnt today is Sept. 6 and its not yet deliver. The question is what took them so long?! Why it goes to Catbalogan from catarman when calbayog is just near catarman than Catbalogan, Why my other package which I just made recently will be delivered today. Why jnt didn't give me an update regarding my recent package
