4x cannot locate my house:Bad Delivery Service - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Seriously??????? How many times do I need to follow up thru calls, emails and instagram before I get my parcel?
I even briefed our subdivision guards to help the rider to find my house.
I spent many hours waiting outside my house in this hot weather, I even avoided to use my phone because I am expecting the call from the delivery guy.
I haven’t been so productive because of waiting for this parcel.
I was on the LBC track and trace all day that made me freaking surprise that it said “shipment is with concern” for the 4th time.
Seriously what kind of service do u have?
I spent so much money for the phone calls plus the time I wasted.
I am very frustrated and angry right now.
Can you please request to send it to the nearest LBC branch for me to pick it up. I cannot wait any longer.
Try to put yourself in my shoes and tell me what are u going to feel.
The stress level you have given me is enormous. I really don't understand this because I never had this kind of issue before. A friend of mine sent me some masks from Makati and the next day I received it. How come now they are having difficulties on locating the same address as it is an important and urgent parcel. It is my Passport with visa inside. Visa center is the sender.
Please I am begging anyone to provide me a proper service.
I need my passport asap
