Fully Paid but No Installation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

my wife applied last month for our WFH and Online schooling of my child.

We paid the advance and was informed that we will be contacted by their installation crew for the date of such.

25 days has now passed and still no internet installation that happened. We constantly send an email to the respective party but to no avail, zero actions taken.. they replied though when my wife went ballistic on them, but the things is the same apologetic response with no definitive action plan from their end.

Ive sent an email today, for a sensible explanation but no reply still.

Im hoping that they would be able to do something about it because the level of annoyance from their consumer base is piling up day by day.

this kind of customer experience is very horrible to say the least... and I am still very generous to even say that.

Common Converge time to step up or your first few years will be your end soon, like the companies that bedazzled customers before you...

wakie wakie motherfuckers.. our money is sitting duck on your pockets when it could be have better served us.
