I applied for two cellphones on the 19th of December 2018.
I waited for the delivery of the products but never received it.
I called Vodacom and was instructed to follow up and track via the courier service.
This frustrating process went on for weeks and I eventually got hold of the Vodacom customer care manager and she apologized and escalated a cancellation of the order.
Therefore I never received the products and the contract was cancelled.
In June 2019 I got a Vodacom deduction on my account R4225.00 . I immediately reversed the charge and contacted your customer care to complain.
I was assured that this would be rectified.
It is now 28 January 2021. Its been 2 years of trying to get this issue resolved. It seems no one works at vodacom that can actually resolve this issue. I attempted act as surety for my sons student loan but cant because this now reflects as a bad record. My bacnk can only help if i get a confirmation from vodacom that this was incorrectly charged and i have no outstanding payments to vodacom
