My mom applied online and her application was approved. She was asked to pay the application fee of 4000. After paying, the technician arrived the next day to install her internet but the technician found out that there are available slots or ports in her area. Why does converge present a false belief on applicants that after paying everything is going to ok. They should have inspected first the area of the applicant to see if there are still ports or slots available before collecting any fees. Now the problem for applicants is refunding the fee that they have paid which not a small amount. And I have reading rants from other applicants that it is very hard to refund. I hope that this problem will be address by converge asap.
