DELAYED INSTALLATION - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

May I know when will my schedule for Converge installation be? My job order code is 00071387. I just don't think it's fair that there were some applicants in our area who applied recently and had their internet installed within just 2-3 days when we have paid earlier than they did.
