I've paid the installation fee of 1500 at CEBUANA last July 28 and then the next day July 29 CONVERGE texted me that it was credited so i was expecting to proceed on the next step but on the 30th of July CONVERGE texted me again to disregard the account number that the sent due to an error .. And today AUGUST 4 CONVERGE texted me again that i can still pay to proceed on the next step!! How can i pay if i am already paid!!! SO DISAPPOINTING
