Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I was at pep store southview soshanguve south today 01/12/2020, the was a guy and a security guard by the door they greeted me nicely and friendly, I was there to do a paxi delivery and it was my first time doing it the guy by the door his name is caphius explained to me how it works and told me to go to the till point for assistance..the was a lady by the name of mmabatho very nice, good customer service skills very helpful shes just amazing.she help me pack my stuff in the paxi plastic..after that she called one of the staff member to help scan the plastic and take all my information, the lady by the name of THULI took her time to assist me, mmabatho was busy calling her to come take the device to assist me but still took her time to come and assist me,eventually she came towards me with an attitude ,first of all not wearing her musk on at all..I asked her nicely to put her mask on and she didn't even pull her mask on, my kids look at her like really,instead she said to me can I pass pls because I was standing rite by the till point door were she wanted to enter, I felt very small, her attitude is very bad, and she said to me to go stand by the store door untill I get a sms from my phone, she's not friendly she doesn't have customer service skils she's very rude the way she was talking to me it wasn't nice at all.In this taugh times of the Corona virus we are told not to enter the stores without mask on but the workers themselves are not even wearing mask.
