Rider who badly needs customer service training - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I got two parcels which were about to be picked up by Feb 12. Since I will not be around by the said pick-up date, I requested my staff to anticipate J&T on my behalf. He did call me by 12:21PM, and since number is unknown, I didnt take the call and sent him a message instead (Who's this? 12:22PM; If this is from J&T my parcel is on Cruzada,thank u 12:27PM) When I got home, I was surprised that both parcels are still in the house, in short,NOT PICKED UP. I waited for another day, and by Feb 14, I sent him again a message why it wasnt picked up but got no replied.Even my calls were not taken. I already called and sent PM on J&T cust service to follow up, again,still not picked up. Today, Feb 15, the rider called me up and I asked him if he really did come here in our premise.He answered yes, and I asked him again and again since I am more confident that he did not. He said that he went to our office,and complained(on high tone) that I have complicated pick up addresses.This is the same rider whom I requested to send me pouches since Im also working from home.I asked THRICE before he delivered me J&T pouches (not mentioning that he also commented that I should have requested those pouches to his other co-riders). He already picked up the parcel today, leaving one parcel due to packaging issue. I advised him to never ever shout to any customer.And J&T rider doesnt have ID?????? This rider really needs customer service training prior deployment."RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT."
