The option a choice, was on a month to month basis. No payment, and fiber line will be cut. After only 5 months of no payment, the lines where cut. According to Snetembaon 082 1904. Spoke to him on 5 Nov 2020, 14h45, I was lucky. The system is suppose to cut the line. It was a faulty system. Know, whos fault is that? Why must I pay for a faulty system? I am willing to pay for 1 month behind, but not more than that. I am upset about this, and will go to hello Peter if this can't by sorted ASAP. Jo-Anne 7309240039089
