I made my initial payment of 1500 for the internet installation, however it didn't push through because of the limitation in my place. I have given them all the info & documents they needed, but until now there's no reply from their end after submitting all the documents. It's been almost 6 months. Appreciate your attention on this matter.

Ticket #003415784 is my complaint reference ticket provided by them as proof.
