Scam - Consumer Complaint for MINISTOP Philippines

I just want to report this seller. It's scam , I am the one who received the delivery I'm not noticed earlier that my sister , Joyce Ann caguete was warning me to do not accept this delivery item because there are one who use her personal information. This is scam and I want to give my money back. And report that kind of seller who used other personal information . I am trying to call the seller but he/she hang me up.
