I placed an order yesterday and paid it right away and scheduled it for delivery on the given times on the app. But 9mins before the chosen time, the order was cancelled. My refund account on panday pay is turned on. I was told by an agen through email and was asked how I want to be refunded. And I was told by all of the agents on chat, it will be refunded on the card used to pay the order. I have been multiple refund issues with Foodpanda and I didn't get those. I've been visiting BDO branches to check on that refund, but nothing came through. How I wish I can attached the email sent to me. I am requesting as well to have an executive call me. This is infuriating!!!!!
