Unable to inform us about the delivery - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I would like to complain about the delivery.

Last March 19, an item was delivered to our apartment. And our neighbor received the item. However, the delivery man WAS NOT INFORMED us that the parcel was delivered (either text message or call, he does not inform us). Because of this, our neighbor just put this parcel in our window, and was mistakenly identified as a garbage. I recently discovered that this item was delivered when I go to the nearest LBC branch, and it was said to me that the parcel was delivered last March 19.

My point is, PLEASE inform us (either text message or call) if the parcel is already delivered to us, since we are expecting a delivery from LBC. And please do not give an item to anybody when delivering, without proper consent from the receiver. I was very very disappointed in your service, hindi ko man lang napakinabangan ang item.

I hope that this will not happen to your other customers.
