Cancellation of contract - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have emigrated to Ireland and therefore want to cancel my Vodacom contract. I have sent mail to the cancellations department on 10 and 31 September, but I do not get any response and the payment went through again on 31/9. Please cancel my contract urgently and refund the payment that went through on 31/9.
