Hi,

I have sent my request for site transfer since September 7, 2020 thru email as advised by the representative i talked to their customer service hotline. I included all the details needed for my request however, up until now my request is still pending and no action has been made. It is very frustrating that it's almost 2 months but i can't get a clear answer why they can't accommodate my request. I just wish to transfer our wifi modem from 3rd floor to the 6th floor of the same address. It is very inconvenient for me and my husband who is working from home together with our son who's also having online classes with our current internet connection. I am hoping that you can grant my request the soonest.
