11-3-2020 Final signing this day, missing docs affidavit and sworn statement, Jackie, Doc dept. advise rep (Erwin Tupas) to go to legal and file for form missing so that it can be emailed to buyer which is in US for signature.. Legal dept in turn charged eight hundred pesos to fill out this form but unfortunately advised rep..they (legal Dept) does not emailed docs.after he did all those filling out of forms completed then Legal told my representative after filling out those forms and wasted his time that they dont do email. FYI my rep was there for final signing from 8 am till 1 p.m. Jackie from Doc Dept told him that dont worry it will be processed thru email which is a misinformation on Sta. Lucia part. Tuesday Nov 24, rep went back to ask for refund since it did not happen, Legal said they don't refund... Why will they collect those fees wherein forms can be generated thru internet?? I have a copy of acknowledgement receipt from the Legal dept dated Nov 3, 2020... pls., help resolve this matter... since this is totally wrong info from Document Department to send someone to Legal where no email can be done to facilitate the paperwork...for the final signing that day as scheduled.
