Incorrect service manners - Consumer Complaint for Shakeys

Three of us ate at Shakeys SMBacoor Thursday July 2.
My complaints: my food was served BEHIND MY BACK and staff DID NOT EVEN TELL ME my food was already there. They expect me to TWIST MY BACK or STAND UP just to get my food cause serving tray was set up beside my companions’ table which is in my back. I already complained & their excuse: “sorry po just following social distancing.” And the staff said that face to face.
They seat us in two separate tables so why cant they set up two serving trays? Obviously management NEED to conduct orientation on serving food during social distancing!
