Flash voucher slip lost, need a reprint - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I had been to the Pep store in Arbor crossing Durban on 21/12/2020 between 16.30 and 17.00pm to purchase a flash voucher to the value of R1000. I have somehow lost the slip and need a reprint but the store is unable to assist. Please can you look into this, I did use my pep card, number 6363700095818939.

Still no feedback but I am still supporting Pep stores. I visit the store twice or thrice in the week

Good day

I was at Pep store today in Lenz to do some shopping i got a bad customer service as ever i could get in the world the cashier(Thembi) was swearing at me telling me how crazy, mad and stupid i am as a customer. The cashier's customer services was poor and the cashier was very very disrespectful. Now i am concerned that how many customers get such customer service in a day or in an hour.
