I, Joemarie Estoque Quanico and my husband Robert Quanico have submitted a letter with complete documents to Eternal Plans, Inc. last July 22, 2018 requesting for withdrawal of our pension plan that has already been fully paid since January 29, 2007. We have been constantly doing follow ups through phone, which is very costly on our part. We are from Antique. But until now, in our despair, it is already May 26, 2020 and yet we haven't received any response from you, Eternal Plans. We really need our money so badly especially in this time of pandemic. We trusted our hard earned money to Eternal Plans and we expect that they will also be responsible to give what is due to us. I hope that this concern will be acted upon immediately.
