Dear Vodacom,
We recently moved into a new house in Frederik Drive, Northcliff and immediately decided to engage Vodacom fibre as our internet supplier because of our longstanding relationship with Vodacom....however, my cell signal is non-existing! I need to change from Vodacom to MTN if Vodacom can’t improve the signal in our area as numerous other residents has moved from Vodacom to MTN as a result of the poor signal. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and would rather urge you to improve the cell signal before I am forced to change to MTN and possibly cancel my Fibre connection as well!
Please give urgent feedback on weather I’m trying to fight a losing battle here?
