Kitchen Wood look tile - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

I went to a sales person in Swakopmund and he lied to me about a certain tile wood look tile in the kitchen that they didnt have in stock and apparently no where in Namibia..I send a family member to CTM Windhoek and he bought the tiles and the squares that i needed and which the sales person said they didnt have in stock..So why did he lie to me to buy something else and he didnt even make an effort and this is not the first time.Previous occasions i ask him to put it aside for me then he made excuses and it was a cash transaction..So i bought it cash at Ctm Windhoek and a big thank you to the Windhoek branch..So the sales person didnt want me to have that tiles and i wonder why because he wanted to me to take something else even told me my kitchen would look to woody and why would he care because its what i wanted and he should just let me bought the tiles..So Swakopmund lost the sales and i would never go back ever because they didnt meet my needs and it wasnt the first time..
