Cancellation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have canceled my fiber contract on 16 December 2020 . The service requests number is SR201216-976450 and I gave my months notice. Now all of a sudden I need to give another month's notice? Please advise??? Vodacom took R2000 from my account which I did not sign for anywhere. The monthly amount was supposed to be R1000 . And now I have to pay another month of notice and I don’t think it’s fair as I have given my months notice. I have phoned from Australia so many times. It’s costing me so much money to try and resolve this issue of cancellation. I can’t pay another month for fiber that I don’t use since December.
