I am lodging a compliant about my iPhone 6s that was booked in at Eastgate at the start of lockdown. I have sugar diabetes, my company instruct me to work from since lockdown, now we are on lockdown level one. I want to collect my phone. I was told it’s offended meaning it’s Vodacom’s property. My phone is fully paid. I want my phone. I called Eastgate yesterday and spoke to Lauren, she said she will call me back today and when I called back I was told she is off today.
i have sugar diabetes and i couldn't collect my phone during the 90 day period. the phone was fully paid and the insurance paid for the claim. i tried explaining to them that i couldn't come and collect the during lockdown and they don't want to listen. i dont want to deal with vodacom eastagte anymore. i want my phone.
