contract issue - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

My contract 0020231171564 are still on hold they didnt update it after the installation last january 11,2021, I lost my internet connection since yesterday march 2,2021 So called on the customer service they said that the account number 0020231171564 are cancelled but they install it last january 11,2021 and they said that will replace my account into new account and will transfer the payment I made from previous to new account. But this is the third time if ever. I just want to make the process fast because this is inconvenient for me since Im working from home.
