I would like to ask for assistance in raising a complaint against Converge ICT. We lost the internet connectivity last June 20, 2020 and I immediately tried to call the Converge technical support's hotline but the line is so busy that the call will be disconnected right away when you dial. I went through their website and got the ticket number CTS-002101163, and was advised that someone will contact me within 24 hours for initial troubleshooting. After 3 days, I sent an email follow up and also sent a message on their Messenger page since I did not received any update from them. I badly needed the internet service since I'm working from home at that time. I tried to contact the hotline multiple times but the line suddenly cut off after waiting on the automated system. I sent an email follow-up and messenger chat multiple times but no avail.
I went to their office in Pasig last Wednesday (July 8, 2020) and after waiting on the line for hours, I was able to speak to their service desk personnel and assured me that someone will fix the issue on site within 24- hours and provided me a new ticket number. Two days already passed and as of this writing, no one came to fix our connection or even call us to give an update. I was already removed from work at home arrangement due to unstable data connection.
This is not the first time that we got this kind of issue because we had the same issue from the previous year and it always take weeks and tiring effort to make a follow up to them before the issue got resolved. I was not also able to request to adjust our bill since their billing hotline is also busy. There's a lot of customers that are having the same issue based on their Facebook page - Converge ICT Suppprt.
I'm humbly asking for your kind assistance on this matter as I'm already helpless in fixing our connection. Thank you.
