Trying to exchange a phone - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am currently sitting in the vodacom store in midlands liberty mall trying tk exchange a phone within the limited return time. The manager is refusing to help and has left my father and I sitting outside while she hides in the office.
We have been clients since the start of vodacom and have multiple accounts with this company, we have remained polite but are receiving shocking service.
