FAULTY TV - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I bought a Tv in Jan 2021 @ Southgate and it was delivered in Feb it worked until 2nd week of April, then the screen went black on the right side of the tv on it's own. I took the tv to the shop on 16-04-21 for a repair and i was told it will take up to 2 weeks. I called after two weeks and the lady told me the Tv is still in their store room @southgate branch, I was shocked. No sense of urgency, no turn around period given, no feedback. I was told no one knows when the technicians will collect the tv. This is not fair to me as a client. How do you hold your staff accountable if they are not given a turn around period to resolve a query. Please help me get my tv fixed asap and regular feedback would be nice.
