NO CONNECTIONS - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I applied for update 25mbps to 35mbps . Instructions says that connection will be unavailable during the update configuration but do not reset the modem . We follow that , after minutes pf waiting , a confirmation text sent by converge saying that the update was successful . BUT UNTIL NOW THERE IS NO CONNECTION . I have shift schedule 6am and I am work from home . This is so HASSLE . There should be a team or a system that after the update, fix the connection ! Fixed this immediately for God sake. I am trying to make a living here !
