INSTALLATION - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

It’s been more than a month since I paid for converge wifi fiber but still installation has not taken place. They can not be contacted via telephone nor cellphone and does not even reply in emails and Facebook account. I just want the wifi to be installed already so that we may use it.
