IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS AND SIP IS STILL NOT ENABLED!!! - Consumer Complaint for PLDT

Last October 25, 2020. I Clearly said to the technician who installed the PLDT Fiber that the reason we applied for the internet is because my work needs an internet where I can use for VOIP calls. My teamates applied for PLDT Fiber, same plan on what we have and they were able to use it in our work with no issues at all. Their SIP was enabled the moment PLDT Fiber was installed and activated. WHILE I HAVE CALLED TECHNICAL SUPPORT, TECHNICIAN WENT HERE, ESCALATED MY CONCERN BUT THEY KEEP ON GETTING ME A RUN AROUND! UNTIL NOW THEY HAVEN'T FIX IT! ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS ENABLE SIP FOR MY WORK TOOL NEXTIVA WOULD ALLOW VOIP CALLS!!
