THE DELIVERY MAN TAGGED MY PARCEL AS "RESCHEDULED BY BUYER" WITHOUT ME KNOWING - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

It happened to me not just once nor twice and I am soooo disappointed about it. Some riders tend to tagged my parcel automatically as "RESCHEDULE BY BUYER" even without me knowing. They didn't even attempted to call me nor text or deliver the parcel to me. And it happens mostly on my PAID PARCELS and it really pisses me off!!!
