Poor customer service
Have been trying to call their hotline yesterday, the whole day until today but got no answer. Also, already made a ticket but i'm still waiting for their call.
Even though it is still GCQ, with limited workforce. But they still have to take time to deal with us, and handle our concerns. There are many options on how they can reach us, email/contact numbers/facebook/instagram/etc. all they have to do is reply and answer our questions.
I will wait again for 24 hours. I will see if they will contact me today.
