Airtime Advance Concerns - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am Joseph Mvula using the number 0827370932

For about 4 times this year, when I recharge, I loose my airtime due to airtime time advance that I never made or received.

1. On the 1st Jan 21, An airtime advance of R11 was deducted from my airtime.

2. On the 20th Feb 21, An airtime advance of R12 was deducted from my airtime

3. On the 26th Mar 21, An airtime advance of R8 was deducted from my airtime

4. On the 21st Mar 21, 1.0GB has been provisioned

None of the above is my requests and there is no record of my number receiving this.

I am unable to get through your call Centre for me help. I have sent an email to custom***@vodacom.co.za and received zero response.

May I request that this issue get investigated and corrected, clearly someone from your side is messing around with your clients database and stealing airtime or data from your client’s database at your clients expense.

Looking forward to hearing from you about the clear resolution to this problem
