GOOD DAY I WOULD LIKE O LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST LINDIWE SIKWANE AT CLICKS PHARMACIE DEPARTMENT AT THE GROVE 2020-09-24,I TOOK A TICKET AND THE LADY CALLED ME, AND I TOLD HER I NEED PILLS I FELL SHAME FOR HER BECAUSE SHE IS SO FAT AND SHE IS STRANGLING TO MOVE FROM THE CHAIR TO FETCH WHAT I NEEDED,THE BODY LANGUAGE SAYS EVERYTHING. THEN SHE ASKED FOR MY CLICKS CARD I GAVE HER ,SHE ASKED MY DATE OF BIRTH ,THEN I ASKED HER WHY SHE SAID MUST PICK ANY SURNAME ON THE SYSTEM ,I ASKED HER ARE THEY ALL REGISTERED ON MY CARD,I SAW SHE IS VERY RUDE I GAVE HER MY MEDICAL AID BECAUSE I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE SAYING MY THINGS LOUD.SHE TOLD ME I AM RUDE AND SHE CONTINUES AND SAID VOETSEK TO ME AND GAVE ME HER NAME TO REPORT AS ALL CLIENT LOVE AND USED TO DO THAT, AND I WENT TO FETCH ANOTHER CARD TO GET BETTER SERVICE,THEN SHE CONTINUE TELLING ME WHITE PEOPLE ARE BETTER THAN US BLACKS PEOPLE, HOW DO YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH INFRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND SAY THAT SHE WAS SO LOUD AN ENJOYING INSULTING ME. I REALLY NEED CLICKS TO DO SOMETHING BECAUSE THE LADY WITH THE NAME SIFELANI D HELPED ME AND APOLOGIES FOR THAT BUT I WAS VERY ANGRY.

Kindly assist with the reversal of double payment she went on with the transaction even if I moved from her ,I am up sad please urgently reverse payment and I need explanation why she debited my account.
