I am an on time paying customer. Though the account is under my husband's name but I am the one using it for work and I am the one paying for it. I am paying P1625/ month to supposedly get 25 mbps internet speed but I am not getting what I am paying for. I hate being late but because of SLOW CONNECTION TO NO CONNECTION AT ALL, I have a lot of lates and lot of log outs now which I don't deserve as an ontime paying customer. I deserve a better service. You should fix the problem. If you cannot do anything to better your service you should allow us to terminate our contract with you without any penalty because this is all your fault. We are doing our part. Do your part as well. I hope this will not be taken for granted as I am getting impatient already because my work is being affected. Hope to hear from you the soonest possible time.
