Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I have never felt this less of human, the cashier was very nasty, mean and disrespful towards me. I bought a tray and few items, so the queue I noticed my tray has a crack I go take another for exchanges she both trays and when I told her I was only paying for one she raised her voice on me and I told her for peace sake I'll keep quite but she went on to be nasty on me. Please Pep can cashiers get customer care service training because in most Pep's I've never received a welcome response as costomer, mall@carnival, one in Brakpan town and today was Springs mall. I am so disappointed
