Sonce July 28- September I am waiting for the installation of my Converge internet connection. Here are the dates:

June 28, 2020: Application date

July 28, 2020: Payment receipt acknowledged

Your payment dated 28th July 2020 04:51 AM of PHP 4,000.00 via PAYNAMICS for account# 0020230854789 has been received by CONVERGE ICT SOLUTIONS, INC with reference no #2020-07-28-2285626

I am still patiently waiting but getting really FRUSTRATED!

How can CONVERGE delay tge installation for more than a month while in theur ads it us said only 10 days?
