Bad service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

We brought a leather 3PCE lounge Suit at Protea Glen Bradlows last year 13 April 2019, and two it started cracking in we called them and reported at their stores and get us this reference no Mo-Gomma-20191217-7447. They only came to collect it in February 2020, after months of calling and going to stores, with no communication, they didn't even tell us we have to pay and how much we must pay and we told them we not gonna pay because they still 2 years guarantee.
We kept doing followup but not getting any help. We kept going to stores but getting different stories always telling us about the supply. They brought back one piece not fix we told them we don’t want it until they fix it, we call Evonne from their supply she was very rude to us. Until now we still waiting
I will never buy from Bradlows ever again, they don't respect their customers Bradlows must tell us what is the meaning of guarantee

In June last year 2019, I bought a bed that was on special in Bizana, it was a queen bed, I bought it cash,I bought it because I was moving out at home to rent,the room I was going to move it to was on renovation for just a week, the shop was out of stock when I bought, then I was told they will order it in Kokstad, then when it arrives I was called and advised i must come fetch it, then I asked the manager to please wait for me for few days my room is not ready yet but I can come anytime to fetch it, then he agreed, when my room was done I went to collect my bed, I was told the bed was sold, at that moment I couldn't go back home I had everything with me and said goodbyes, I asked for my money back so I can go buy somewhere else, the manager told me it's not easy to do that, it's a process, then what must I do I asked, he suggested to give me another bed, it looked nice in my eyes, but only to find it was a f**ked up bed, after 3 months it broke, I could here the springs, it has a huge hole, I am even putting continental pillows and blunkets to bust it up, I really loved bradlows, I couldn't pass without going in and check its beautiful stuff, but after this bad service I hate it with all my heart, I never went in ever since that day, all I need is my queen bed I bought or my money back, I am very very angry and disappointed
