UNDELIVERED PACKAGE JULY 20 PACKAGE WAS RECEIVED BUT JULY 17 IS STILL UNDELIVERED HOW COME? - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Until now our package from cebu are not delivered yet it was sent July 17 due to pandemic it was stated in their site that lead time now is 10 to 15 days it exceeded already until now its still in SCS central hub
