Rude management and Refund - Consumer Complaint for Shakeys

Hi I did an online order at the shakeys Rialto in San Bernardino it was a busy day on 10/21/2020 I had forgotten that I had paid through door dash for a pick up order since when I called shakeys Rialto I was on hold for 15 minutes and heard a manager yelling at the person who answered the phone and said have them wait. So I order on door dash said my order will be ready at 7:15 for 1 large pepperoni pizza two sides of mojos and a classic medium pizza. I tell the cashier my name for the order and she charged me in store when I had completely forgot I paid already in door dash. I paid I didn’t notice until the next day that I had paid for the same food twice. I go in at 3pm on 10/22 and the cashier had me speak with Stephanie Romero she said that shakeys doesn’t charge the transaction until 3 days later and when I get charged come back and they will refund me. When I first talked to her she was a bit rude didn’t really want to believe and didn’t want to admit it was the cashiers fault for not checking the order . She went to the back found the in store receipt and said that to call back in 3 days if I was charged then they would refund me . I care on Saturday 10/23 I’m charged I call and speak to Stephanie and that she needs to talk to her main manager and that they would call me back I let the day go by and no call I call today 10/26 and I speak to the main manager and he said since I didn’t come in that day I was double charged he can’t refund me my money and can only give me store credit and if he calls corporate he won’t hear from them for about 3-4 weeks to receive my money back? I’m so disappointed in how the management handled this transaction are they not properly trained? Why are they upset at me for their mistake on charging me double? And to be rude and insist that I only get store credit? Can you please contact me to resolve the issue I just want my money back for the second charge that happened at 7:15 at the Rialto shakeys. And can you please send your managers to training on how to treat your guest if it wasn’t for the guest they would have a job. I understand that during the World Series it get busy but it’s their job to provide great service with great food I just want the managers to handle mess up like this professionally and kind and to be able to have the skills and knowledge to hand situations with customers. I have worked for retail for 9 years and where I work we were properly trained and understood that customer are important and what makes your business succeed thank you look forward to hearing from you 2413 N Fillmore Ave Rialto 92377
