Ako nga July 9 2020 1am Nung my system update Sila Bigla nalang nawala yung Internet. Nag text Na 30mins lang yung update eh Aug 4 2020 wala parin. Kala ko Nung may text ng July 27 2020 system update Kala ko babalik Na net kaso umasa lang pala ako. Ang sobrang sama dito eh wala silang billing adjustment tuloy tuloy lang ang singil kahit wala Kang internet. Settled Na ang bill kaso wala Kang makakausap para sa billing adjustment kundi robot biglang mawawala. Tapos yung technical hotline matagal ka naghihintay tapos bababaan ka lang. Sana I regulate Sila ng NYC or DICT!

Same issues Sir. They should've given any updates. Paid last July 14th but still there is no installation happened.
