Fibre activation still not resolved, - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

It's been 142 hours since my fibre line was installed by vumatel. I keep hearing that the line will be activated after 24-48 hours. After numerous calls and emails nothing has still happened and my activation request was not sorted out.

I have wasted hours of my time and money to try and get this sorted out to no avail.

After telling numerous support staff that I will cancel my contract, I have received no proper support and every time I get told a different story.

Clearly Vodacom has no interest to service clients as advertised and clearly does not care about their clients.

I will be cancelling all my contracts with Vodacom, but I'm sure they will not care about that.

This has been the worst service I've received and totally destroyed my trust in this so called company.

We have exactly the same problem! They are absolutely useless and no one is able to help.

Exactly the same issue, installation done a week ago already, no activation yet. Issue has been escalated several times, but still no response
