Account not cancelled as per Mail from your Executive Client Liaison Officer, Refund Required!!!!!! - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Referring to previous mail dated the 22d of October 2019, the Act of Goodwill as specified by yourselves has still not come into effect, please see the account  attached.
I sent another mail in October 2020, with no feedback.

I have subsequently tried to cancel the number again, I spoke to one of your consultants on the12/12/2020 at 09:30, he advised that the number will be cancelled and the last payment will be made in February, I am now being charged in March.

Please can someone assist me with resolving this issue, R3200 has been debited from my account during this period.
There is no customer service from your side.  Your clients seem to have to beg and plead to have things done.
