Good day! This is to file a written complaint to a certain sub con from Lipa branch- EARLVIN BOLANOS. I sent my parcel last week and received by my buyer Nov 3 or 4. It was from my online shop but since I just set up a week before I sent my parcel, i thought it was COD mode of payment. However after much time checking with the online shop customer service, it was sorted that I just sent it as a regular shipping which my buyer paid for 238. Upon receiving the parcel, she immediately sent me a private message thanking me for the package and the freebie I gave her. I sent a message to Chester Mayon QA of J&T Lipa branch and he handed the phone to a certain EARLVIN BOLANOS. This guys doesn’t even know how to execute due process. As soon as I spoke to him, he just insisted that there was no payment made by my buyer, and he will fight for that. Which irritated me. Let me remind him that I am the customer and that he should listen first before making any judgement. He didn’t give any resolution. He is asking for a proof. Okay, how the hell will I get a proof? the money was handed to the courier as per my buyers instruction, and never did it happen to any courier company to take a picture for a COD right? You take pictures as a proof that the parcel was delivered but never for payment because I know for a fact it was illegal to receive for j&t courier especially for a regular shipping right? He insisted he will fight for the courier.. ahm okay, you’ll fight for what? Again, without any proper investigation? So, where is the due process? Where is the fair trial? Lastly, he is a bit rude and inconsiderate. He kept on saying since there is no proof he will fight for his courier. This is really disappointing. Your company and service is okay. But the people working below needs more training. I think they should know how to take care of their customer and the customer will take care of your business.
