MISINFORMATION AND INCOMPETENT - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Parcel has been shipped and received by LBC hub on Sept 18, then shipment got an issue due to LBC people encoding of incorrect address which by the way correct on my file that I provided. Called Customer service a lot of times, most of them rep hung up on me after hearing the issue. called again on Sept 25(Friday) talked to a rep and corrected my address and told me that I will be receiving the item by Monday or Tuesday the longest, come Sept 28 my item got returned again to shipper due to same error(incorrect address which was supposed to be correct already). Called again Customer service and ask for Sup but was told that I will get a call back from their manager but no one called up until Today October 2. Called again, on Oct 1 to ask why there is still no movement of my item and spoked with Kristine then was promised again to have their sup called me back(no one call back still)Called again today and the 4 rep that I spoke with namely (Jinky, Derek, Brem and JP) hung up on me again!! What a ridiculous customer service.

Take note: my address on the form that I filled up for delivery is correct. On shipper's side, my address is also correct, how come LBC got an incorrect and incomplete address???
