Still listed on credit bureau - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

My account was handed over to VVM,because of Vodacom not submitting my debit order,I setlled the account with VVM in June 2020,and have been trying since then to have the default remmoved from credit bureau.This causes now in my application for a business account at a major bank being on hold.Need gto sort thi out urgently
